Products & Usage

• Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
• Always follow usage instructions provided on product labels or listings.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

Orders & Payments

• Order Placement: You must provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping address.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major      credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order      details once payment is processed.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.00. Need it sooner? Contact us for      expedited options.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or      other external factors.
• Salty Blends is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or      incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Florida law.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the unlikely event of a dispute between you and Salty Blends, we aim to resolve it quickly and fairly. By purchasing our products or using our website, you agree to the following:

• Mandatory Arbitration: Any legal dispute or claim arising from your use of our      website or purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
• Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions: You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.
• Governing Law: Arbitration will be governed by the Florida Arbitration Code (Fla. Stat. § 682) and administered in the state of Florida, USA.
• Arbitration Process: The arbitrator will be a neutral party selected by both sides. If we can’t agree, a Florida court may appoint one. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
• Exceptions: Either party may still seek relief in small claims court for qualifying      disputes or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
